ยผ tsp cardamom powder
Sugar or rock salt (optional, for traditional Noon Chai taste)
Crushed almonds & pistachios for garnish

Boil 1 cup of water and add Kashmiri tea leaves.
Add baking soda and stir continuously until the color deepens.
Pour cold water to shock the tea, then simmer.
Add milk, cardamom, and sugar (or salt). Stir well.
